Position: FB Admin

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the F&B management team
  • Coordinate outlet scheduling, attendance records, and staff meetings
  • Manage F&B related documentation, reports, and communication
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and processing purchase requests
  • Liaise with other departments for F&B related administrative needs

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a hotel F&B environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative software
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Disciplined, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Ability to handle documentation and records accurately
  • Understanding of basic F&B operations is an advantage
