Position: Sales Manager (Proactive)

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and secure new corporate accounts and business opportunities.
  • Conduct outside sales calls and site inspections to build a strong client portfolio.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor data to identify new business segments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a proactive sales role within the hospitality industry.
  • Good attitude, professional appearance, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Basic English communication and a result-oriented mindset.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Able to work in shifts including weekends and holidays for client events.
  • Teamwork-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
