Position: Sales Manager (Proactive)
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and secure new corporate accounts and business opportunities.
- Conduct outside sales calls and site inspections to build a strong client portfolio.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
- Analyze market trends and competitor data to identify new business segments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a proactive sales role within the hospitality industry.
- Good attitude, professional appearance, and strong negotiation skills.
- Basic English communication and a result-oriented mindset.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Able to work in shifts including weekends and holidays for client events.
- Teamwork-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
