Position: Assistant Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Director of Sales in managing daily sales activities and targets
- Conducting sales calls, presentations, and property site inspections for potential clients
- Negotiating contracts and managing accounts within assigned market segments
- Providing detailed sales reports and forecasts to the department head
- Collaborating with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and events
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a similar sales role within the hospitality industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, proactive, and highly service oriented individual
- Ability to work effectively in a team and fast paced environment
- Self driven with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
- Good knowledge of the local corporate and leisure market in Makassar
- Professional appearance and confident presentation skills
