Position: Revenue Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and historical data to optimize revenue
- Managing room inventory and pricing across all distribution channels
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and forecasts
- Assisting in the development of dynamic pricing strategies and promotional offers
- Monitoring the performance of online travel agencies and direct booking platforms
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in revenue management or data analysis within hospitality
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem solving skills
- Well organized, proactive, and detail oriented individual
- Ability to work effectively in a team and data driven environment
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems and revenue software
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and ability to present complex data clearly
- Strategic mindset with a focus on maximizing hotel profitability
