Position: Club Lounge Agent
Responsibilities:
- Providing personalized service and concierge assistance to premium lounge guests
- Managing the daily operations and food and beverage service within the lounge
- Assisting with executive check in and check out procedures
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the club lounge area
- Ensuring guest preferences are recorded and anticipated during their stay
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in the same position at 4 or 5 star hotel
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Excellent interpersonal skill and pleasant personality
- Able to work with creativity and agility
- Indonesian nationality only
- Deep knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest satisfaction
