Position: Asst. / Financial Controller
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations and ensure compliance with Accor financial standards.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, forecasts, and annual budget reports for management.
- Monitor internal controls and conduct regular audits of departmental expenses and cash flow.
- Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely processing and collections.
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve overall hotel profitability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior finance role within the hospitality industry.
- Deep understanding of hotel accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in hotel property management and accounting software.
- Leadership ability to manage a finance team and collaborate with other department heads.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.
