Position: GRO (Mandarin Speaker)

  • Provide dedicated service and assistance to Mandarin-speaking guests
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism
  • Act as a bridge for communication between guests and resort departments
  • Coordinate personalized guest activities and villa requirements
  • Proactively resolve guest issues to ensure a seamless stay experience

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Previous experience in Guest Relations or Front Office in a luxury resort
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on cultural sensitivity
  • Proficiency in English to coordinate with the resort team
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera or similar)
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Neat and professional appearance at all times
