Position: Personal Assistant to General Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager during the pre-opening phase.
  • Manage the General Manager’s calendar, travel arrangements, and meetings.
  • Coordinate communication between the GM’s office and other hotel departments.
  • Handle confidential information and documentation with a high degree of discretion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for the General Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary, preferably in luxury hotels.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong administrative proficiency and command of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to work under pressure.
  • High level of integrity and experience handling sensitive data.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders and VIP guests.
