Position: Guest Service Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate guest service operations to ensure personalized experiences
  • Assist in managing the daily activities of the front office staff
  • Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction through proactive engagement
  • Support the Front Office Manager in administrative and operational tasks
  • Train team members on service protocols and unscripted hospitality

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a supervisory or management role within guest services
  • Passion for delivering luxury lifestyle hospitality experiences
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Problem-solving skills with a positive, professional attitude
  • Familiarity with luxury hotel service standards and expectations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or Hospitality is preferred
