Position: Shift Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs during assigned shifts
- Monitor and maintain resort mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Handle guest maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Assist in preventive maintenance programs for all hotel facilities
- Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations in engineering tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of engineering experience in a hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina for active engineering shifts
- Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Basic English proficiency is required
- Relevant technical certification or diploma
