Position: Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or restaurant
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines
- Leadership and kitchen management skills
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
- Creative, innovative, and passionate about culinary arts
