Position: Duty Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a 4- or 5-star hotel
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in hotel operations and PMS systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Guest-oriented and able to handle high-pressure situations
