Position: Director of Sales
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in hotel sales, preferably at a regional or city property
- Track record of achieving revenue targets and developing business strategies
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills
- Experience managing teams and coordinating with operations and events
- Fluency in English and strong local market knowledge
