• Experience in food & beverage sales or events sales within hotels or catering
• Strong understanding of banquet and catering operations and client requirements
• Excellent negotiation and proposal-writing skills
• Ability to work closely with events and operations teams to deliver successful functions
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work flexible hours
