Position: Guest Service Officer

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in Front Office or guest relations (4-star or serviced residence)
  • Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with PMS/Opera and standard front office procedures
  • Service-minded, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
  • Well mannered with neat, professional appearance
