Position: Guest Service Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in a supervisory Front Office role
  • Strong leadership, shift management, and guest recovery skills
  • Fluent in English; proficient with PMS/Opera and reporting
  • Ability to train and motivate team members
  • Well mannered with neat, professional appearance
