Position: Guest Service Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in a supervisory Front Office role
- Strong leadership, shift management, and guest recovery skills
- Fluent in English; proficient with PMS/Opera and reporting
- Ability to train and motivate team members
- Well mannered with neat, professional appearance
