Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in guest relations or front office management
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and personalized service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
