Qualifications:
- Proven experience in guest relations or front office management
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and personalized service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
