Position: Hostess Manager
Qualifications:
- Indonesian citizen only
- Minimum 2 years experience in F&B guest relations or hostess roles at upscale hotels
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Friendly, pleasant personality with strong guest service orientation
- Ability to lead front-of-house teams and maintain service standards
