Qualifications:

• Indonesian citizen only
• Minimum 2 years experience in F&B guest relations or hostess roles at upscale hotels
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Friendly, pleasant personality with strong guest service orientation
• Ability to lead front-of-house teams and maintain service standards
