Qualifications:

• Indonesian citizen only
• Minimum 2 years experience in front desk or guest service roles at hotels
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Friendly, service-minded and able to assist guests with check-in/out procedures
• Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible shifts
