Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in guest service or front office roles preferred
• Strong communication skills in English and excellent interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, disciplined and customer service oriented
• Willingness to work in a dynamic hospitality environment and flexible shifts
• Indonesian citizen preferred
