Position: Duty Manager
Qualifications:
- Experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory or front office role
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with VHP Hotel Management System or similar PMS
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and daily revenue reconciliation
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Flexible to work weekends and public holidays
