Position: Duty Manager

Qualifications:

• Experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory or front office role
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with VHP Hotel Management System or similar PMS
• Familiarity with night audit procedures and daily revenue reconciliation
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Flexible to work weekends and public holidays
