Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in Guest Relations within a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Expertise in managing VIP arrivals and ensuring a personalized guest experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-resolution abilities and a guest-centric mindset.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism.
