Position: Duty Manager
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in Front Office operations.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage both guest and team member interactions effectively.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
