Position: Assistant Learning & Development Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years in the same role with a minimum diploma or bachelor degree.
  • Exceptional analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • The ability to communicate well in English.
  • Teamwork-oriented, highly responsible, and reliable.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest and team member needs.
