Position: Assistant Manager Guest Experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury or wellness resort.
- Proven ability to lead and enhance the overall guest journey from arrival to departure.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for training and motivating the guest service team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest feedback gracefully.
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
