Position: Duty Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager or in a supervisory Front Office role.
• Strong operational knowledge of hotel front office procedures.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Fluent in English with outstanding guest service and communication skills.
