Position: Duty Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager or in a supervisory Front Office role.
- Strong operational knowledge of hotel front office procedures.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Fluent in English with outstanding guest service and communication skills.
