Position: Executive Chef
Qualifications:
- Culinary Degree or Certification.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in high-end kitchens, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in sustainable cooking including farm-to-table, zero-waste, and seasonal menus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and inventory control.
- Ability to design creative, upscale menus that reflect the local culture and ingredients.
- Comfortable managing costs, suppliers, and kitchen operations.
- Passion for eco-friendly hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
