Position: Executive Chef

Qualifications:

• Culinary Degree or Certification.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in high-end kitchens, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in sustainable cooking including farm-to-table, zero-waste, and seasonal menus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and inventory control.
• Ability to design creative, upscale menus that reflect the local culture and ingredients.
• Comfortable managing costs, suppliers, and kitchen operations.
• Passion for eco-friendly hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
