Position: Reservation Agent (Bali Office Placement)

Qualifications:

• Indonesian citizenship.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same role.
• Has a background in 5-star hotel or in luxury brand.
• Has customer service skills and good phone etiquette.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations.
• Excellent communication in English both written and verbal.
• Preferably domicile in Bali.
