Position: Reservation Agent (Bali Office Placement)
Qualifications:
- Indonesian citizenship.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same role.
- Has a background in 5-star hotel or in luxury brand.
- Has customer service skills and good phone etiquette.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations.
- Excellent communication in English both written and verbal.
- Preferably domicile in Bali.
