Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor in a reputable hotel.
• Strong decision-making and crisis management skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage daily hotel operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficient in hotel operations software and PMS.
