Position: F & B Event Manager
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an F&B Sales position within a high-capacity establishment.
- Strong in Strategic Sales Planning and Forecasting.
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Market Analysis.
- Ability to support the planning and execution of all catering and event operations.
- Experience in creating and promoting targeted F&B packages and menus.
