Position: Duty Manager
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage front office operations smoothly.
- Excellent problem-solving and guest recovery skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Thorough knowledge of front office procedures and property management systems.
