Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Guest Relations Officer in a luxury hotel.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated with a positive spirit and service-oriented attitude.
• Able to join immediately and work flexibly as part of a team.
