Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Guest Relations Officer in a luxury hotel.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated with a positive spirit and service-oriented attitude.
- Able to join immediately and work flexibly as part of a team.
