Position: Sous Chef (All Day Dining)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chef de Cuisine in managing the daily operations of the all-day dining kitchen.
  • Supervise the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
  • Train and mentor the kitchen brigade, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes.
  • Manage inventory, food costing, and ordering to control expenses and minimize waste.
  • Ensure the kitchen operates in compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years in a Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie role.
  • Experience in a high-volume, all-day dining kitchen within a 5-star hotel.
  • Strong expertise in both international and Indonesian cuisines.
  • Excellent leadership, training, and organizational skills.
  • A creative approach to menu planning and buffet presentation.
  • Good understanding of kitchen finance and cost management.
  • A degree in Culinary Arts is highly desirable.
