Position: Assistant Reception Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Reception Manager in overseeing the entire front desk and reception operation.
- Supervise the reception team to ensure a flawless and personalized check-in/check-out experience.
- Act as a key point of contact for guest relations, handling any issues with diplomacy and care.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Ensure all financial and administrative procedures are followed accurately.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role at the front office of a luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel PMS (e.g., Opera) and front office procedures.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional and personalized guest service.
- Fluent in English.
