Position: Assistant Reception Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Reception Manager in overseeing the entire front desk and reception operation.
• Supervise the reception team to ensure a flawless and personalized check-in/check-out experience.
• Act as a key point of contact for guest relations, handling any issues with diplomacy and care.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Ensure all financial and administrative procedures are followed accurately.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role at the front office of a luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel PMS (e.g., Opera) and front office procedures.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional and personalized guest service.
• Fluent in English.
