Position: Guest Service Officer (Mandarin)

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate or a professional with a maximum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry.
  • Graduate of a tourism school or university.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 3-5) and proficient in English.
  • Understands and can operate MS. Word, Ms. Excel, Visionline, and Oracle.
  • Willing to be placed in Somerset Sudirman Jakarta properties.
  • Well-mannered, neat, and with an attractive appearance.
  • Able to join immediately.
