Position: Guest Service Officer (Mandarin)
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate or a professional with a maximum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry.
- Graduate of a tourism school or university.
- Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 3-5) and proficient in English.
- Understands and can operate MS. Word, Ms. Excel, Visionline, and Oracle.
- Willing to be placed in Somerset Sudirman Jakarta properties.
- Well-mannered, neat, and with an attractive appearance.
- Able to join immediately.
