Position: Director of Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire sales and marketing department to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for all market segments.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and partners.
• Oversee the departmental budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and deliver a high return on investment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the Cirebon and West Java market is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
