Position: Financial Controller
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations of the resort, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Provide financial analysis and guidance to support strategic decision making.
- Lead the finance team and ensure the integrity of all financial controls.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma II (D2) in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a senior finance or accounting role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent attitude and professional appearance.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proficient in related financial systems, technology, and accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Fast learner and a proactive team player.
- Able to join immediately.
