Position: Front Office Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the front desk team including Guest Service Agents and Guest Relation Officers.
- Assist with guest check in and check out processes during peak times.
- Train new and existing team members on service standards and procedures.
- Manage room assignments, special requests, and resolve guest issues.
- Prepare daily reports and assist the Front Office Manager with administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Preferably have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in an upscale hotel.
- Hotel or Business School graduates with a Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
- Highly self motivated, well organized, and result oriented.
- Strong supervisory skills and the ability to lead a team.
- Excellent guest service and communication abilities.
- Able to work in a team and foster a positive work environment.
- Proficient with Property Management Systems.
