Position: Guest Service Agent

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and perform efficient check in procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, providing information about the hotel and local area.
• Process payments and manage guest accounts accurately.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Manage reservations and assist with booking inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Preferably have experience in a similar position in an upscale hotel.
• Hotel or Business School graduates with a Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
• Highly self motivated, well organized, and customer focused.
• Able to work in a team and possess good communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
