Position: Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and perform efficient check in procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, providing information about the hotel and local area.
- Process payments and manage guest accounts accurately.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Manage reservations and assist with booking inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Preferably have experience in a similar position in an upscale hotel.
- Hotel or Business School graduates with a Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
- Highly self motivated, well organized, and customer focused.
- Able to work in a team and possess good communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
