Position: Guest Relation Officer
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for VIP guests and ensure their needs are met.
- Proactively engage with guests to gather feedback and enhance their stay.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill special guest requests.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain a database of guest preferences to personalize future stays.
Qualifications:
- Preferably have a minimum of 2 years experience in a guest facing role in an upscale hotel.
- Hotel or Business School graduates with a Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
- Highly self motivated, well organized, and result oriented.
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- A warm and outgoing personality focused on guest satisfaction.
- Able to work in a team with good communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
