Position: Wedding Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the wedding market segment to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, vendors, and clients.
- Conduct site inspections and client meetings to showcase the hotel’s wedding facilities.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and event orders for wedding events.
- Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure flawless execution of weddings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position.
- Minimum Diploma 3 Degree in Hospitality Industry.
- Orientation on business results and integrity.
- Familiar with International Hotel Standards.
- Good command in both written and spoken English.
- Proven track record in wedding sales and event management.
- Strong negotiation and networking skills.
