Position: Reservations Agent

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Reservations Agent in a luxury hotel or resort
• Proficiency with reservation systems and property management systems (PMS)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong sales skills with the ability to convert inquiries into bookings
• Meticulous attention to detail for managing booking information
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle guest requests efficiently
• Fluency in English is essential
