Position: Junior Sous Chef Bakery
Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in a bakery and pastry kitchen, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Expertise in a wide range of baking techniques, including artisan breads, viennoiserie, and pastries
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute to menu development
- Strong leadership skills to supervise and train the bakery team
- In depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP)
- Ability to manage inventory and control food costs
