Position: Junior Sous Chef Bakery

Qualifications:

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in a bakery and pastry kitchen, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Expertise in a wide range of baking techniques, including artisan breads, viennoiserie, and pastries
• Creative mindset with the ability to contribute to menu development
• Strong leadership skills to supervise and train the bakery team
• In depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP)
• Ability to manage inventory and control food costs
