Position: Head Chef

Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire kitchen operation, from menu development and execution to food costing and quality control.
• Manage and train the culinary team, fostering a creative and efficient kitchen environment.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation.
• Control inventory, manage purchasing, and maintain kitchen budgets.
• Uphold strict health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef position.
• Degree in Culinary Arts or a relevant field is preferred.
• Excellent guest experience skills, reflected through exceptional food quality.
• Great decision making and problem solving skills.
• Outstanding leadership skills to manage a culinary brigade.
• Strong ability to motivate staff.
• Expertise in Indonesian cuisine is highly desirable.
