Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, in room dining, and events.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, service quality, and revenue.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a large, diverse team to deliver outstanding service and achieve departmental goals.
- Manage the F&B budget, forecasts, and P&L, ensuring effective cost control and financial accountability.
- Curate and maintain high quality menus and beverage lists in collaboration with the culinary team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience at 5 stars luxury hotel or established FB Lifestyle Operations.
- Proven ability to manage multi outlet operations, including restaurants, bars, and in room dining.
- Strong background in FB Commercial Management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and P&L accountability.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering outstanding guest satisfaction and service recovery in a luxury environment.
- Hands on leadership experience in supervising and developing large, diverse teams.
- Exposure to high profile events, VIP service, and lifestyle restaurant.
