Position: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to create a positive and high performance work environment.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control for the outlet.
- Handle guest feedback and ensure any issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure a seamless connection between front and back of house.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 5-star hotel or fine dining establishment.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and upscale service standards.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and control operational costs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
- Fluent in English.
