Position: Restaurant Supervisor (Mandarin Speaking)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the restaurant’s floor operations during service, ensuring service standards are consistently met.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in training and coaching the service team.
- Welcome and engage with guests, particularly those who are Mandarin speaking, to enhance their dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues that may arise during the shift.
- Ensure the dining room is well-maintained, clean, and properly set up for service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a high-end restaurant or 5-star hotel.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of F&B service procedures and etiquette.
- A customer-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and polished demeanor.
