Position: Hostess
Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and gracious welcome to all guests upon their arrival at the restaurant.
- Manage the reservation system, seating chart, and guest flow to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and take reservations accurately and professionally.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a hostess in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, polished, and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to remain poised and efficient under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Experience with reservation software is an advantage.
