Position: Hostess

Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and gracious welcome to all guests upon their arrival at the restaurant.
• Manage the reservation system, seating chart, and guest flow to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and take reservations accurately and professionally.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a hostess in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional, polished, and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to remain poised and efficient under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience with reservation software is an advantage.
