Position: Lady in Red Manager
Responsibilities:
- Act as the ultimate brand ambassador, embodying Kempinski’s service standards.
- Oversee all Guest Relations operations, ensuring a flawless and personalized experience for every guest.
- Lead and inspire the Lady in Red team to create unique and memorable moments.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with the utmost diplomacy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with all hotel departments to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Guest Relations management role in a 5-star luxury hotel.
- Impeccable grooming, elegance, and a deep understanding of luxury service standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proven ability to resolve guest issues effectively.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS and guest management software.
