Position: Lady in Red Manager

Responsibilities:

• Act as the ultimate brand ambassador, embodying Kempinski’s service standards.
• Oversee all Guest Relations operations, ensuring a flawless and personalized experience for every guest.
• Lead and inspire the Lady in Red team to create unique and memorable moments.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests with the utmost diplomacy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Guest Relations management role in a 5-star luxury hotel.
• Impeccable grooming, elegance, and a deep understanding of luxury service standards.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proven ability to resolve guest issues effectively.
• Proficiency in hotel PMS and guest management software.
