Position: Senior Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Perform all front desk duties, including check_in, check_out, and managing reservations.
- Act as a leader and point of escalation for Guest Service Agents.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complex issues with professionalism.
- Train new team members and assist in supervising front desk operations.
- Manage guest billing and ensure all transactions are processed accurately.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2_3 years of experience as a Guest Service Agent at a 5_star hotel.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize task.
- Strong communication skill.
- Excellent in English both of written and verbal.
- High motivated and flexible with positive spirit and attitude.
- Indonesian citizen only.
- Able to join immediately.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
